Defective Item on Arrival
If your item is defective on arrival, contact us to request a replacement board. We will send you a replacement board. Customer must send us the defective board back to receive a replacement board.
Damaged Item on Arrival
If your item has arrived damaged, you would have to inform us as soon as you receive the damaged item. Do not dispose the box or any of the packaging material. We will need a picture of the damaged box and the item. Once we receive all the information we need, we will file a claim with USPS and send you a replacement item.
If your board becomes defective during the 6 months warranty period, we will replace your board or issue you a refund.
Warranty Replacement Requirements
To receive a warranty replacement board, the original board must be in its original condition with our stamps. If the board we receive does not have our special stamp or has been altered in any way we reserve the right to void the warranty. External causes of the board's failure voids the warranty.
