Return Information: Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the incorrect part, you can return it with no questions asked. Some important policies to remember about:

Warranty Information: All parts sold on www.partsrunners.com come with 6 months warranty. If our item is defective on arrival or becomes defective during the 6 months, we will replace the part or issue you a full refund. One important requirement is for the part to not be damaged physically or altered in any way. If the customer changes anything on our parts, the warranty is void. Customer must send us the defective item back before we will send the replacement part. All Parts Runners parts have a security stamp. All returned parts must have the security stamp before Parts Runners can complete a warranty exchange. If the cause for the defect of the board is caused by an external force it voids the warranty.

Shipping Information: We offer free shipping for all our parts. The shipping method depends on the part (weight and size). The smaller the part the faster shipping method we can provide for free. The larger a part is the slower the shipping method will be. Our shipping takes between 2-5 business days on average, but that is subject to change. All shipments come with a tracking number and a delivery confirmation. Parts Runners is not liable for products that are stolen or missing after being delivered. It is up to the customer to request a signature confirmation for a delivery. If an item is damaged during delivery, the customer must report it to Parts Runners within five business days. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded if we don't have the item in stock. Before a refund the customer must wait until the shipping carrier investigates and refunds Parts Runners.

Third Party: Parts Runners works with the following companies: PayPay, Stripe, UPS, FedEx, USPS, WordPress SEO, WooCommerce. By using our site you agree not to hold Parts Runners liable for the actions of any of our third party affiliates.

Right To Refuse Service: Parts Runners reserves the right to refuse service to customers under these conditions: Fraudulent Charges, Slander, False Claims.
